What do you charge for counselling services?
I charge $130 (plus applicable tax) per 50-minute session
$180 (plus applicable tax) per 80-minute session
What is your cancellation policy
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations can be done using the booking website prior to 24 hours. If you want to cancel your appointment within 24 hours you must contact the practitioner, however, you will be charged the full fee and be sent an invoice to your Email. I prefer a credit card be put on file in the case of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
Are your counselling services covered by insurance?
Counselling services are not covered by MSP, the government’s provincial health care plan. Counselling services are covered by some extended benefits plans. The best way to determine this is to call your insurance provider and ask if they cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC).

Can you bill my insurance company directly?
I do not provide direct billing. The client is responsible for payment to the therapist at the time of service. If you want to receive reimbursement through your extended benefits plan, you will be provided with a receipt to submit to your insurer.
